apache disconnect problem
My apache server disconnect for unknow reason, I use TaskScheduler to start the apache every 12 hrs.
Here are the cmd for apache,

TC 3.5 520 patches not good enough?
今天在長城用TC3.5導表做數位樣,灰平衡與純黑之間的關係不大好搞,試著用CMYK曲線去編輯,結果拉回灰平衡純黑部份卻偏得更遠,

Write ps from Quark 4.0, font checking problem
When print out ps file from Quark4.0, we got problem on font checking when the destination printer is a virtual printer.
Solution 1 : Share out an Appletalk printer from Win2k server, the font checking behave normal on that printer.
Solution 2 : Use Printdesk from Ultimate, announce an AppleTalk printer spool to the network, the font checking will be behave normal on that printer.

謝教授您好,
冒昧打擾您,我有機會於去年(2004)參與中國文化大學華岡博物館數位典藏計畫,跟謝教授有碰過兩次面,一次在文化大學,謝教授與王技正前來督導,一次在文建會我向謝教授報告這次文化大學的作業結果,希望還有印象.
在陸續忙完國科會的案子後對於數位典藏作業的影像檔案驗收規範有一些想法,數位典藏涵蓋的技術層面相當廣泛,謝教授的努力令人敬佩,由於個人在色彩上有一些工作經驗,就僅僅對這方面提供一些看法,請謝教授指教.
參考文建會2003年驗收手冊中對於色彩誤差的規範僅提到數位樣輸出最大色差不大於8,我對於這樣的敘述有不同的看法；
首先,數位樣輸出來自於數位檔案,在沒有對於數位檔案制定色差規範的狀態下逕行規範數位樣的色差值,我認為並不妥;簡單的邏輯推演,當然是先規範出好的數位檔案驗收機制,再來要求好的數位樣輸出. 其次,對於數位典藏,檔案保存的重要性大於檔案輸出的重要性(無論是顯示器輸出或是數位樣輸出,)我認為只要能訂出好的數位檔案驗收機制,數位樣的檢驗或是顯示器軟打樣的檢驗甚至都可以忽略掉. 尤其以現行目視的查核方式對於查核的人或是被查核的人都是相當大的困擾,以現行的科技能力,RIT Munsell Lab Dr. Mitch Rosen 指出,他們以6個input channel去做目前可以達到0.9色差(12/1/2004 故宮演講); 我們用商業設備很努力的去做也只能達到平均3個色差(Q-14, 17個色彩樣本).查核人員以目視的方式查核,查核的人不曉得必須要求到什麼程度,被查核的人也不知道應該做到什麼地步,即使是3個色差,要被挑剔出不準的顏色其實不是太難. 我認為除了實驗室特殊的軟硬體外,目前市面上的軟硬體所能運作出來的能力大約也只有3個色差左右. 再者,保存部分的查核可以是單純的科學驗證,只要數據上通過即可. 而複製輸出的查核牽涉到不同媒材上的影像特性及色域壓縮,判定結果涉及個人的審美觀念,難以直接用數值來規範.因此我認為數位典藏的色差驗收規範,只須在檔案保存部份以數據驗證即可,輸出驗證部份可視各自不同的應用目的另做處理.
至於如何做檔案上的色彩數據驗證? 驗證的標準如何? 可被討論及研究的空間極大, 這裡謹提出我們在文化大學的工作方式供謝教授參考.

3. 我們在Excel寫了簡單的巨集程式 可以很快的解析數值樣本得到色差值(CIE94)

4. 什麼樣的色差值是可被接受的? 以文化大學2004年文建會的案子, 約20%的檔案平均色差在3個DelataE(CIE94)以內, 約60%(累計)在4個DelataE以內, 約90%(累計)檔案的平均色差在5個DelataE以內. 在工作檢討中發現我們最大的問題在大尺寸畫作均衡打光的問題,只要光線能控制均衡, 95%在4個Delta-E以內是我們願意努力的目標, 3個Delta-E對我們還是非常的辛苦的負擔(對於上百件的製作而言.)
數位典藏涵蓋的技術層面極為廣泛,光就色彩部份就有太多的觀念及技術上的問題尚待討論,謝教授或有不同層面的思考,但就一個必須交差的執行單位而言,我們沒有太多的討論空間,時間及能力. 以上的敘述及工具或許過於簡單,但簡單邏輯的實現其實並不容易,我們花了很多精神去歸納與嘗試才得以勉強完成工作.我不知道還有沒有機會再次參與數位典藏工作,如果有的話,還是很希望能有更明確的邏輯與規範可以遵循.

Problem: Mercury mail server eat up memory, so I have to schedule the task to reboot the server and let it login automatically.
To schdule the task, use TaskScheduler to run the reboot.exe in /system32/
Don’t forget to assign the password to the task.
To just change the Autologon, open regedit, and change the key:

GVC Server 角色設定
雖然是1G的能力,但是缺乏獨立顯示晶片及CardBus速度問題,這部机器喪失一大半我對多媒體資料處理的期待,我必須有所決定
1、奇摩拋售,期待另一部機器
2, WebServer 能力OK,單純的發展WebServer 能力
先跑一陣子再說吧

昨天將GvC大致設定OK,NAT32 IP 設定時注意將GVC PAN IP設定169.254開頭, IP與Gateway設定相同,這樣PDA即可透過PAN連上InterNet
再來就看看能不能Crack NAT32了
