台灣影像輸出產業(印刷,沖印,廣告大圖輸出)年近千億台幣的產值,但影像輸出品質的驗收一直未能有明確的允收方式而造成許多時間上及材料成本的損失。其中佔大宗的印刷業,於國際組織已有明確的印刷品質規範:ISO 12647,其中ISO 12647-2為平版印刷(offset printing)的規範, 於2004年正式發佈;很遺憾台灣至今(2013年)只有一家印刷廠取得認證,這意味台灣的印刷產業未能在印刷品質管理上做認真的思考,一旦面臨開放競爭,即顯得手足無措。
Fogra PSO 為一德國組識依ISO 12647-2 的內容,設計出一套工作方式用來稽核(檢測)印刷廠是否有達成ISO 12647-2的能力。依Fogra PSO 的工作方式,做認證時以第一類紙印刷數據(Fogra 39)作為工作目標,明確定義主色CMYK 色度值及網點擴張值(TVI)及其寬容值。操作上相當明確,這幾年執行下來,也確實可以維持下來。
回過頭來思考,台灣的印刷產業需不需要這種以明確數據做為管理目標的工作方式?
本提案提出一簡潔實際(straightforward and pragmatic)的方式來讓台灣的印刷產業清清楚楚旳來面對這兩組數字。

3. iOne reading from Firefox, compare to target lab, and get the report:

1. 由於 mime 關係, mac users 的 csv 及 windows users 未裝 Excel 的 csv 會被 php reject, 新版本直接取消 mime 檢查。

Comment:
The system works, I could keep the Samsung in an accurate position for the 90% percentile (of average 1.93), the most saturate part is just out of its capability.
As for WYSIWYG from LCD to printout, acceptable, there is always leeway to fine tune.

之前2011三月 24t發表過光源篇,當中的長庚生技全光譜燈管已經壽終正寢,算算也用了將近兩年。
再去買了一支新燈管,當然也要收一下數據,順便觀察一下產品的穩定性:
舊數據: CRI:92 色溫: 4581

新數據: CRI:93 色溫: 5108

CRI 依然維持在 90 以上;色溫更接近5000K但比上次多了約500度K!?
NT199的東西,CRI維持在 90 以上,演色性算夠好了;繼續使用,找時間再來做一次WYSIWYG的演練。
